FAQ’s

What the service will cover
  • We will draft your Standard Terms and Conditions and can incorporate the following services within one agreement: website design and development; hosting; support and maintenance; the provision of branding and email marketing services.
  • Included in the price is a first draft, plus the incorporation of one set of comments from you.
What the service excludes
  • Any change in original instructions.
  • Any negotiation with third parties.
  • Drafting descriptions of your services as we need you to provide these.
  • Any workaround: ownership of IP, particularly around branding and privacy.  However, we are able to provide these services, this will be in addition to the published price.

Assumptions this service is based on:

  • You already understand your product definition so you can articulate what you are specifically selling and the buyer understands what they are specifically buying in advance of instruction.
  • Our price assumes that you require the services outlined above and you understand the areas that are excluded or fall outside this agreement.
  • That the services are straightforward, as described, and there is standard data processing in the UK.
  • This purchase is subject to the law firm’s terms and conditions.
What you need to provide
  • The first step after the purchase will be to provide verification of your identity and supply the following documentation so your adviser can carry out their ‘Know Your Customer’ (KYC) and ‘Anti-Money Laundering’ (AML) checks. Please have the following at hand but note that this may not be a complete list:
    • Company name, VAT number (if applicable), registration number
    • Key contacts and associated contact details including email and mobile
    • The names and home addresses of all directors
    • Home utility bill (no more than 3 months old) and passport for every person who owns or controls more than 25% of the voting rights of your business
