FAQ’s

What the service will cover
  • Up to 1-hour of work on my part, including:
    • Consultation where you can ask about anything to do with your commercial lease
    • Including a review of 1 lease (provided by you) and limited email correspondence (also to be provided by you, the client)
    • Indication of key issues/ suggested investments
What the service excludes
  • Any drafting or amendments to the provided agreement; or
  • Initiating any legal actions/proceedings.
What you need to provide
  • Copy of the Lease (or Licence) and email correspondence (please note if the correspondence is lengthy then we will only review key emails)
  • Any context which helps outline and clarify your situation
  • The first step after the purchase will be to provide verification of your identity and supply the following documentation so your adviser can carry out their ‘Know Your Customer’ (KYC) and ‘Anti-Money Laundering’ (AML) checks. Please have the following at hand but note that this may not be a complete list:
    • Company name, VAT number (if applicable), registration number
    • Key contacts and associated contact details including email and mobile
    • The names and home addresses of all directors
    • Home utility bill (no more than 3 months old) and passport for every person who owns or controls more than 25% of the voting rights of your business
