What the service will cover
  • A telephone consultation (no more than 20 minutes x 1);
  • A review of a Lease (or Licence); and
  • A closing email summarising my advice in dealing with the questions (up to 3 questions – if any) you may have regarding the document/your situation.
What the service excludes
  • Any additional reviews or answers to further questions;
  • Any drafting or amendments to the provided agreement; or
  • Initiating any legal actions/proceedings.

(Please note, all the above can be conducted at an additional fee)

What you need to provide
  • Copy of the Lease (or Licence) and up to 3 questions you may have on the same Lease (or Licence) to which you would like to seek answers;
  • The first step after the purchase will be to provide verification of your identity and supply the following documentation so your adviser can carry out their ‘Know Your Customer’ (KYC) and ‘Anti-Money Laundering’ (AML) checks. Please have the following at hand but note that this may not be a complete list:
    • Company name, VAT number (if applicable), registration number
    • Key contacts and associated contact details including email and mobile
    • The names and home addresses of all directors
    • Home utility bill (no more than 3 months old) and passport for every person who owns or controls more than 25% of the voting rights of your business
