Client Consultancy Agreement
A Consultancy Agreement is a contract for services between an independent contractor (a self-employed individual) and the client company for the provision of consultancy services.
Assumptions this service is based upon:
- That your services are correctly described by you and all information provided by you is correct;
- That the Legal Services Provider’s terms of service will apply;
- That you understand that this is not a regulated law firm, but a Legal Services Provider, providing only services that are not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority;
Who this service is for
This contract is intended for use by clients when they are engaging a consultant to provide professional services and where the engagement will not be deemed employment for the purposes of the off-payroll working rules.
