  • Further communication on the matter outside the services offered above
  • Detailed guidance on how to implement the options outlined or further assistance with drafting alternative terms
  • A complete review of your terms and conditions to align with the current legal requirements, in particular to adapt to post-Brexit laws.

The service is offered under the assumption that:

  • If the information is not apparent, or available on your website, you will be able to provide us with a description of your business and products/services and relevant arrangements already in existence.
  • You already have Terms and Conditions in place for review.
  • You have a clear query in your mind ready to be raised to the legal professional
What you need to provide
  • The specific question you need answering
  • A copy of your terms and conditions ready for review
  • The first step after the purchase will be to provide verification of your identity and supply the following documentation so your adviser can carry out their ‘Know Your Customer’ (KYC) and ‘Anti-Money Laundering’ (AML) checks. Please have the following at hand but note that this may not be a complete list:
    • Company name, VAT number (if applicable), registration number
    • Key contacts and associated contact details including email and mobile
    • The names and home addresses of all directors
    • Home utility bill (no more than 3 months old) and passport for every person who owns or controls more than 25% of the voting rights of your business
